About
Newberry Soil and Water Conservation District is a subdivision of the state of SC, responsible to the citizens of Newberry County in matters involving resource conservation. It promotes the wise and responsible use of natural resources. The district develops and implements programs to protect and conserve soil, water, farmland, woodland, wildlife, energy, riparian, and wetland resources.
