NOTICE CITY OF NEWBERRY PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of Newberry will hold Public Hearings at the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 1330 College Street at City Hall in the City Council Chambers beginning at 7:00 p.m. The following two issues will be considered: 1. Request to amend the text of Article V and VII of the text of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Newberry to Better Address Tattoo Establishments in the Core Commercial District. 2. Request to assign a Zoning designation of RD-Residential Development Use to 161 acres on Dusty Road, TMS 449-4, 449-39 and 449-40 being annexed into the City of Newberry.
