PUBLIC HEARING ZONING VARIANCE The Newberry City Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday April 22, 2026, at 10:00 am in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 1330 Main Street. The purpose is: 1. Review the request of the Owner at 1912 Main Street, TMS- 344-1-6-3 to allow the construction of an eight foot high fence in lieu of the maximum allowed seven foot height to help block sound from the adjacent property.
